November 15th

It now looks more like November with snow over the weekend and temperatures in the 30’s the crews are working on closing the roof up. As you can see the window openings are covered up as the interior will be heated soon to make work more comfortable.

The lake is still open but that will change soon. The backhoe is digging for the septic system.

Another look at the septic system being backfilled.

A great view from the lake, the shoreline was left alone for a more natural look. The landscape work you see was provided by our own Tomahawk Landscaping Company. This was done during the summer months.
The Blue material you see on the roof is GAF/Elk Deck-Armor which is a big step up from the ordinary felt paper you most often see. Deck-Armor is a standard item in our material package! Click herefor more information on Deck-Armor….

Almost closed in, there are two more dormers to go over the garage and the SIS panels will need to be installed on the house dormers. Concrete blocks are set for the porch supports, these will be finished in stone and will have a log post supporting the porch roof.

Pellawindows and patio doors arrived today and are stored inside and out of the weather. We offer two brands of windows, Pella and Anderson you will have a choice!

A look at the lake side through the trees. The gable wall will be framed soon, this will be feature our “Timberscribe” window wall. Click here for an example.
